  1. To select message recipients:
  2.  - Select names from the Address Book list and drag them to the TO:, CC: or BCC: lists.
  3.  - To select multiple recipients, hold down the Shift key and click on each name or click and drag through the list to select multiple names.  When the names are selected, drag them to the TO:, CC: or BCC: lists.
  4.  - Move names between the TO:, CC: and BCC: lists by selecting the name and hitting the Tab key.
